Shashikant Ravi
Shashikant Ravi is a seasoned telecom professional with 20+ years of experience leading large-scale projects across India and abroad. Originally from Haridwar, Uttarakhand, he holds a degree in Electronics and Communication from Moradabad Institute of Technology, Uttar Pradesh.
His career began with the BSNL Phase-3 Rollout in Gujarat and progressed through prestigious organizations such as Nokia, Huawei, Ceragon, and Nera Telecommunications. His global expertise includes working in Tanzania, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Currently, Shashikant serves as a Customer Project Manager at Ericsson India, spearheading telecom rollouts for Vodafone Idea in North India.
Passionate about mentorship, he authored this book to help aspiring project managers learn practical skills and build the confidence needed to succeed. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys traveling, singing, and cooking.
